Dr. Meltzer’s work has appeared on Oprah, Inside Edition, Extra, The Today Show, CN8, CNBC, Larry King and Fox News.

Dr. Meltzer was selected to reconstruct the dentition of a young lady who was severely injured in a skydiving accident. When Dr. Meltzer was made aware of Shanas plight he donated his services to permanently replace her five missing front teeth. Dr. Meltzer flew Shana from Missouri at his expense. With the support and assistance of BIOMET 3i and Colonial Dental Laboratory he undertook this difficult challenge. Due to Shanas accident and previous facial reconstruction Shana had limited available bone and numerous bone plates and screws. Using special software, the placement of the implants was guided by special minimally invasive computer guided surgery. Shanas surgery was completed without incisions or sutures.
